THE ORDINARY of NEWGATE'S ACCOUNT of the Behaviour, Confession, &c.

BY Virtue of the King's Commission of the Peace, OYER, and TERMINER, and Goal-delivery of Newgate, held before the Right Honourable WILLIAM BENN< no role > , Esq ; Lord-Mayor of the City of London ; the Worshipful JOHN STRACEY< no role > , Esq ; Recorder , and others of his Majesty's Justices of OYER, and TERMINER, for the City of London, and Justices of Goal-delivery of Newgate, holden for the said City, and County of Middlesex, at Justice-Hall in the Old Baily, on Wednesday the 9th , Thursday the 10th , and Friday the 11th of September , in the 21st Year of his Majesty's Reign; THOMAS PURYOUR< no role > , otherwise called, and known by the Name of BLACKTOOTH< no role > , was capitally convicted, and received Sentence of Death accordingly.

And by Virtue of the King's Commission of the Peace, OYER, and TERMINER, and Goal-delivery of Newgate, held before the Right Honourable WILLIAM BENN< no role > , Esq ; Lord-Mayor of the City of London ; the Right Honourable Sir JOHN WILLES< no role > , Knt. Lord Chief-Justice of the Common-Pleas ; the Worshipful JOHN STRACEY< no role > , Esq ; Recorder , and others of his Majesty's Justices of OYER, and TERMINER, for the City of London, and Justices of Goal-delivery of Newgate, holden for the said City, and County of Middlesex, at Justice-Hall in the Old Bailey, on Wednesday the 14th , Thursday the 15th , and Friday the 16th of October , in the 21st Year
