BY Virtue of the King's Commission of the Peace, OYER and TERMINER, and Goal-delivery of Newgate, held before the Right Honourable WILLIAM BENN< no role > , Esq ; Lord-Mayor of the City of London ; the Honourable Sir THOMAS ABNEY< no role > , Mr. Justice DENNISON, and Mr. Baron CLARK, JOHN STRACEY< no role > , Esq ; Recorder , and others of his Majesty's Justices of OYER and TERMINER for the City of London, and Justices of Goal-delivery of Newgate, holden for the said City, and County of Middlesex, at Justice-Hall in the Old Bailey, on Thursday the 4th , and Friday the 5th of June , in the 20th Year of his Majesty's Reign; JOHN RYLEY< no role > , ELIZABETH DENNIS< no role > , JOHN COOK< no role > , RICHARD ASHCROFT< no role > , and SAMUEL HURLOCK< no role > , were capitally convicted, and received Sentence of Death accordingly.
