BY virtue of a commission of Oyer, Terminer, and Goal-delivery of Newgate, held before the Right Honourable Sir Richard Hoare< no role > , Knt . Lord Mayor of the city of London , the Right Honourable the Lord Chief Justice Lee, the Right Honourable the Lord Chief Justice Willes, Mr. Baron Reynolds, Sir Simon Urling< no role > , Knt . Recorder , and other of his Majesty's Justices of Oyer and Terminer for the city of London, and county of Middlesex, at Justice-hall in the Old Bailey , on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, the 9th , 10th , and 11th of April, 1746 . one malefactor, Matthew Henderson< no role > , was capitally convicted of the murder of his lady, mistress Dalrymple, and for the same was sentenced to die.
