THE ORDINARY of NEWGATE, His ACCOUNT of the Behaviour, Confession, &c.

AT the King's Commission of Oyer and Terminer, and Goal-Delivery of Newgate, held (before the Right Honourable ROBERT WILLIMOT< no role > , Esq; Lord-Mayor of the City of London , the Right Honourable Lord Chief Justice WILLES, the Honourable Mr. Justice CHAPPLE, the Honourable Mr. Baron ABNEY, and the Honourable Mr. Serjeant URIN, Recorder of the City of London, and others his Majesty's Justices of Oyer and Terminer for the said City, and Justices of Goal-Delivery for London and Middlesex) at Justice-Hall in the Old-Bailey , on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, the 8th , 9th , and 10th of December, 1742 , and in the Sixteenth Year of his Majesty's Reign.

SEVEN Men, viz. David Tod< no role > , Richard Hassell< no role > , Michael Buley< no role > , Lot Cavenagh< no role > , Thomas Haven< no role > , Jacob Cordosa< no role > , John Robinson< no role > , and one Woman, viz. Cordelia Taylor< no role > , were by the Jury found Guilty of capital Crimes, and had Sentence of Death pronounced upon them.

ALSO, at the King's Commission of Oyer and Terminer, and Goal-Delivery of Newgate, held (before the Right Honourable ROBERT WILLIMOT< no role > , Esq; Lord-Mayor of the City of London , the Right Honourable Lord Chief Baron PARKER, the Honourable Mr. Justice WRIGHT, the Honourable Mr. Justice BURNET, the Honourable Mr. Serjeant URLIN, Recorder of the City of London, and others his Majesty's Justices of Oyer and Terminer for the City of London, and Justices of Goal-Delivery of Newgate, for the said City and County of Middlesex) at Justice-Hall in the Old-Bailey , on Friday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, being the 14th , 15th , 17th , 18th , and 19th of January, 1742 .

NINE Men, viz. Thomas Dennis< no role > , William Bland< no role > , or Brand< no role > , Bryan Cooley< no role > , William Burnet< no role > , John Tighe< no role > , Thomas Cummyns< no role > , Gerard Cavenagh< no role > , Patrick Kelley< no role > , and Daniel Wicket< no role > , and two Women, viz. Honor Cavenagh< no role > and Catherine Kelly< no role > , were by the Jury convicted of capital Crimes, and received Sentence of Death.

AS also, at the King's Commission of Oyer and Terminer, and Goal-Delivery of Newgate, held (before the Right Honourable ROBERT WILLIMOT< no role > , Esq; Lord-Mayor of
