AT the King's Commission of Oyer and Terminer, and Goal-Delivery of Newgate, held before the Rt . Honourable DANIEL LAMBERT< no role > , Esq ; Lord-Mayor of the City of London ; the Right Hon. Lord Chief Baron PROBYN, the Hon. Mr. Justice FORTESCUE, the Hon. Mr. Baron WRIGHT, the Hon. Sir JOHN STRANGE< no role > , Knt . Recorder , and the Worshipful Mr. Serjeant URLIN, Deputy-Recorder of the City of London, and others his Majesty's Justices for the City of London, and Justices of Goal-Delivery, for the City of London and County of Middlesex, at Justice-Hall in the Old-Bailey , on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, the 1st , 2d , 3d , and 4th of July , and in the Fifteenth Year of his Majesty's Reign.

Four Men, viz. Thomas Steers< no role > , James Rayner< no role > , Richard Eades< no role > , and John Scot< no role > , were by the Jury found guilty of capital Offences, and received Sentence of Death.

Katherine Lineham< no role > , who, in January Sessions last, was capitally convicted for a Street-Robbery upon Benjamin Parish< no role > , but repriev'd on Account of her Pregnancy, was called down to her former Judgment, and receiv'd Sentence of Death also.
