That he this Deponent being at that Time under the<lb></lb>

for an illness<lb></lb>
with which he had for a long Time been afflicted did not<lb></lb>
attend the Court till half past Ten o'Clock the next<lb></lb>
morning when to his great Astonishment he found that<lb></lb>
the prisoner had been discharged-And this Deponent<lb></lb>
further saith That what is before stated is the time<lb></lb>
& only reason of his not attending the Court time<lb></lb>
rough to give Evidence agt. the Prisoner</p>
