required a Compensation for the Previlege of such<lb></lb>
Windows and for an Area to secure the enjoyment<lb></lb>
thereof and agreed to accept of £20 for the same and to<lb></lb>
grant such Privilege for the Term of the Lease which<lb></lb>
Area is to be of the width of 7 feet 6 inches from the West<lb></lb>
side of the said Westermost house and of the depth of<lb></lb>
