lesson the consumption of Bread during the late<lb></lb>
Scarcity.</p>

We directed notice to be given to Mr. Pinhorn<lb></lb>
the Lessee under the Hospital of the House at the South<lb></lb>
Side of the entrance thereof from the Borough to re-instate<lb></lb>
the North wall of the House through which he had broken<lb></lb>
several windows and the reasons assigned by Mr.<lb></lb>
Pinhorn for so doing not being satisfactory we directed<lb></lb>
the Surveyor of the Hospital to take the Proper measurer<lb></lb>
for procuring such re-instatement and directed a Copy<lb></lb>
of such our Resolution to be delivered to Mr. Pinhorn<lb></lb>
whose offer of a small Annual acknowledgement for<lb></lb>
the continuance of the Windows not being satisfactory<lb></lb>
we determined not to accept it and directed the fence<lb></lb>
which had been erected by our order against the<lb></lb>
Windows to be continued until such an offer should</p>
