the Governors of such several Hospitals respectively

severally attended a Court of Aldermen then held

for the said City and such Leases from the respective

Hospitals being brought into that Court and they

being called into the same Court severally

requested that such seal should be affixed to

those Leases as usual After which they withdrew

And being called in again they were informed by

the Town Clerk that he had the order of that

Court to deliver them Copies of the said

Resolutions or Orders of the Court of Common

resolution or order of the said Court of Lord

Mayor and Aldermen of the 17th.. day of the same

months and which were afterwards delivered

>
to the purport or effect herein before stated That

lb
>
the Clerks of the said Hospitals not being

lb
>
able to procure the seal of or belonging to the

said Hospitals to be affixed to the said Leases

lb

or either of them and the interests of all the said

Hospitals being very materially affected and

likely to be greatly prejudiced by the with-

holding the said seal they applied again to
