attended this Court And also Mr. Browne the City Bricklayer who were<lb></lb>
all of Opinion That a New Bridge would Occasion a Rise of Water there<lb></lb>
which may endanger the Overflowing of the Low Grounds between that<lb></lb>

<p n="2544">The Orders & Proceedings of the General Court Held<lb></lb>

. after the Reading of the Comittee's<lb></lb>
Report and which were omitted to be entred in folio 190:<lb></lb>
of this Book were as follow Vizt.</p>

And the aforesaid Report being taken into Consideration was well<lb></lb>
liked and approved by this Court and Ordered to be Observed and<lb></lb>
performed and Entred in the Reportery of the proceedings of this<lb></lb>
Court And as to the Gross Misbehaviour of Mr.Waterman One of our<lb></lb>
Governours Sett forth in the said Report It is Ordered That his Name<lb></lb>
be immediately here in Court Expunged out of the Book kept of<lb></lb>
the Names of the Governours of this Hospl. and the same was<lb></lb>
accordingly expunged by the Clerk out of the said Book in open Court</p>
<p n="2546">And as to the Matter mentioned in the said Report relating to<lb></lb>
the Churchyard or Burying Ground in St. Thomas's upon the Gates<lb></lb>
whereof some of the Parishoners have fixed a Padlock to hinder<lb></lb>
the Governors. of this Hospl. from making use of the said Ground<lb></lb>
for Burying of the Officers and Patients Dying in this Hospital Altho'<lb></lb>
there is an undoubted and incontestable Right in the Governors so to<lb></lb>
do without paying any Fees for the same The Church and Church yard<lb></lb>
being granted and approprinted to the said Governors. and their Successors</p>
