to the antient Custom and purchase next in this Hospital and shall think fit<lb></lb>
to refuse the same he shall not at any time afterward be summond<lb></lb>
as a Governor Therefore</p>

<p n="1679">That Mr Crutchley be not in future summond as a Governor of this Hospitals</p>
