1 SeprThomas Whitfield< no role > late of the Parish of Hayes Labourer otherwise
called Thomas Griffiths< no role > late of the same Lab [..]
For unlawfully conspiring combining and agreeing
with a certain Person, unknown, feloniously and
burglariously to break and enter the dwelling house,
of Edward Bunce< no role > there situate, with intent the
Goods and Chattels therein being feloniously to
steal take and carry away: and in pursuance of
such Conspiracy afterwards to wit, about the hour
of Twelve in the Night of the 19th day of August last
unlawfully and injuriously beginning to break the
said dwelling house, and attempting and
endeavouring to enter the same; with intention the
Goods and Chattels therein being feloniously and
burglariously to steal take and carry away.

2d. CotFor conspiring and agreeing with the said person
unknown, to commit Felony and Burglary in the
said dwelling house, And in pursuance of such
Conspiracy; about the hour of 12 in the Night of
the same day; unlawfully attempting & endeavouring
to break and enter the said dwelling house, with
intent to commit Flony and to Burglary therein

3d. CotFor unlawfully breaking the said dwelling house
about the hour of 12 in the Night of the same day
and attempting and endeavouring to enter the
same, with intent to commit Felony therein
whereby Mary< no role > the wife of the said Edward Bunce< no role >
others of his Family then being on the said House
wereput in great fear of losing their lives.

4th. CotFor unlawfully breaking the said dwelling house
about the same hour, with intent to enter the
same, and feloniously steal take and carry away
the Goods and Chatsels then being therein
