AT the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex ,
at the Session-House for the said County, (by adjournment)
on Thursday the thirty First Day of October in
the Fortieth Year of the Reign of our Sovereingn
Lord GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc.

It is Ordered that the hearing and determining the matter of an
Appeal of Frederica Martha Schuman Spinster , against a Conviction
made on the 12th Day of August last against her by Henry James Pye< no role >
Esqr . one of His Majestys Justices of the peace for the said County for Wearing
Haripowder, contrary to the Statue, on an Information Exhibited by John
Adams< no role > ,whichstood duly adjourned until this day Do stand Further
adjourned until the Next General Session of the Place to be holden for this
county and on the Notice hereof in the mean time to be given unto the
said Henry James Pye< no role > Esqr . he and all Persons concerned do attend the
Court at the Session house aforesaid on Thursday the Fifth day of December
next at the hour of nine in the Forenoon of the same day to hear and
abide the judgment and determination of the said Court touching the
said Appeal.
