Take Notice that I will personally be and
appear at the next General Quarter Session of
the Peace to be holden at the Session House
Clerkenwell Green in for the said County on Monday
Monday the 28th. Day of October next, at Nine of
the Clock in the Forenoon of the same Day, and
then and therewill plead to and try my Traverse
upon the Bill of Indictment preferred by you
Against me for an Assault Dated the 23d. Day of
October 1799
