says that he the said Thomas from the time of his Baptizm to this present time was
and still is Called Named and known by the Name of Thomas and by the said
Christain name is and during the whole time aforesaid was Called Named and
known without that the said Thomas now is out any time heretofore others day was
Called Named or Known by the Name of William and is supposed in the said Indictment
and this he the said Thomas is ready to Verify and prove for which reasons and bearing
the said Thomas is not named in the said Indictment by the Name of Thomas he the said
Thomas demands Judgment of the said Indictment and that the same may be quashed Etc
