a certain Nuisance: in unlawfully and injuriously
continuing, a certain wall in length 52 Feet &
in depth 7 Feet 9 Inches, unlawfully erected and
built by certain Persons unknown, before the 15th day
of August last. in and upon a certain Part of a
certain common and ancient Kings Highway
called Fifteen Foot Lane leading from the East side of
Grays Inn Lane Road to Paradise Street in the said
Parish of Saint Pancras; from the time whereof the
Memory of Man is not to the contrary, used for all
the liege Subjects of our Lord the King to go return and
