Middlesex


At the General Quarter Session of the peace of
our Lord the King holden in and for the County
of Middlesex at the Session House for the said
county on Monday in the Week next after the
feast of the Epiphany to wit the Seventh day of
January in the Thirty ninth year of the Reign
of our Sovereign Lord George the third King of
Great Britain Etc.

standing Indicted at this present Session for
a certain Misdemeanour, being bought
into court and having severally pleaded Not
Guilty to the said Indictment are (at their own
request) remanded to this Majestys Gaol of Newgate for want of
Sureties for their personal Appearance at the next General Session
of the peace to be holden for this County to prosecute their Traverse to
the said Indictment with Effects And it is Ordered that they and
each of them do Give Forty eight hours notice of Bail to Mr
Spearing of No.19 Walbrook, London Solicitor for the prosecution
before the same be taken and it is referred to some one of his
Majestys Justices of the peace for this County setting at the
publick Office in Bow Street to take the same.

of Ordered to be detained (at his own request) as above
for want of Sureties for his personal Appearance as above

certain other Fraud is ordered to be detained as above for
want of Sureties as above
