[..] and for the County of Middlesex , at
[..] the said County, (by Adjournement)
[..] seventy fifth Day of Octoberin the
[..] lear of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
[..] King of Great Britain, Etc.

[..] of John Wild< no role > Gent High Constable of
[..] Division for Money paid by him for Printing
[..] ists of Petty Constables in his Division on the
18th. day of October Instant amounting to the sum of
One Pound Eleven shilligs and Six Pence
being laid before this Court for Payment, and it appearing by the Report
of the committee appointed to examine and audit all Demands made upon this
County, previous to the Payment thereof, that the Charges therein are just and
true. IT IS ORDERED that Mr. Joseph Burchell< no role > , the County Treasurer,
do pay unto the said John Wild< no role > (out of the County Rate)
the said Sum of One Pound Eleven Shillings and Six Pence
and that the Receipt of the said John wild together with
this Order shall be a sufficient Discharge to the said Treasurer for such Payment.
