WHEREAS it hath appeared unto us the said Justices, as well upon the complaint<lb></lb>

<p n="248"> We therefore, upon Examination of the Cause and Circumstance of the Premises, as<lb></lb>
well upon the Oath of the said <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50951_n248-1">Mary shaw</rs>

said Bastard Child.</p>
<p n="249">And thereupon we do order, as well for the better Relief of the said Liberty<lb></lb>
as for the Sustentation and Relief of the said Bastard Child, that<lb></lb>

shall and do forthwith, upon Notice of this our Order,<lb></lb>
pay or cause it to be paid to the said<del>Church Wardens and</del>
Overseers of the Poor of the<lb></lb>
said Liberty or to some or one of them the Sum of £1-9-5<lb></lb>
for and towards the<del>Lying in of the said and the</del>
Main<lb></lb>
tenance of the said Bastard Child, to the Time of making this our Order.</p>
<p n="250">And we do also hereby further order, that the said <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50951_n250-1">John Crawford</rs>

Pay, or cause to be paid, to the<del>Church Wardens and</del>
Overseers of the Poor of the said <lb></lb>
Liberty for the Time being, or to some or one of them, the sum of <lb></lb>
Two Shillings Six pence Weekly and every Week from the present Time, for and towards the<lb></lb>
Keeping, Sustentation, and Maintenance of the said Bastard child, for and during so long<lb></lb>
Time as the said Bastard Child shall be chargeable to the said Liberty</p>
