assigned to keep the peace
in and for the said County of Middlesex
one whereof is of the Quorum
bearing date the tenth day of February Instant

who has deserted (her, their five lawful Children
and left than destitute and unprovided for namely

Thirteen years or thereabouts who has gained no legal Settlement) in
his own right,

aged Eleven Years or thereabouts who has gained
no legal Settlement in her own Right John aged Eight years or thereabouts
who has gained no legal Settlement in his own Right,

aged five
years or thereabouts and
Aaron< no role >
aged sixteen Months or thereabouts
were removed and conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint
Matthew Bethnal Green
in the said County of Middlesex
to the
said Parish of Christ Church
as the Place of the last legal Settlement
of the said Ann Ball and her said five Children namely Thomas
Eleanor, John George and Aaron Whereby Your Petitioners
Conceive themselves to be aggrieved
And therefore They Appeal to this Court
against the Adjudication of the said Two Justices
and the said Order And Pray That the benefit of
their said appeal may be saved unto them And
That the hearing and determining thereof may be
Adjoined until the next General Quarter Session
of the Peace to be holden for the said County And
That Your Worships will be pleased to Order That
the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Matthew
Bethnal Green
And all Persons
Concerned do then Attend this Court to hear and abide
the Judgment and Determination thereof touching
the said Appeal.
