MIDDLESEX .


AT the GeneralSession of the Peace
of our Lord the King, holden in and for
the County of Middlesex , at the Session-House for the said
County,() on Monday
the Fourth Day of December
in the Thirty eigth Year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Third, King of Greaty
Britain, Etc. Before William Mainwaring< no role > , William
Bleamire
< no role > , Samuel Tolpey< no role > , John Bond< no role >
Esquires , and others their Fellows, Justices of our said
Lord the King, assigned to keep the Peace in the County
aforesaid; and also to hear and determine divers
Felonies, Trespasses, and other Misdemeanours com-
mitted in the same County.

WHEREAS the Churchwarden and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint John
the Baptist in the City of Hereford Did at the last General Session of the Peace held in and
for this County Exhibit their Petition and Appeal setting forth That by a certain Order
in Writing bearing date the 26th.. day of August last under the Hands and Seals of
John Staples< no role > Esqr. and Herbert Mayo< no role > Doctor in Divinity two of His Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) William Brunton< no role >
was ordered to be removed and conveyed from the Parish of Saint Anne in the County of
Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint john the Baptist in the said City of Hereford as
the said Justices adjudging the said last mentioned Parish to be the place of the last
legal settlement of the said William Brunton< no role > , whereby the Petitoners conceived
themselves aggrieved, which said Appeal stood duly adjourned until this Session

Now, upon hearing the said Appeal, in the presence and hearing of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Anne
and they consenting by their Counsel to the allowing the said Appeal, IT IS ORDERED,
that the said Appeal be, and the same is hereby allowed, and the said Order of the said two Jus-
tices is hereby vacated and set aside; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Church-
warden and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. John the Baptist Hereford
do forthwith convey and deliver back the said William Brunton< no role >
(together with a Copy of this Order) unto the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint Anne who are hereby required to
receive and provide for the said William Brunton< no role >
until they can free themselves from the Charge thereof by due course of Law. And IT IS
FURTHER ORDERED, that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Anne do forthwith pay or cause to
be paid unto the Churchwarden and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint John
the Baptist Hereford the Sum of One Pound seventeen shillings and six pence
for their Charges and Expences in relieving and maintaining the said William Brunton< no role > since
his said Removal
