To the Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middlesex in their General Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St. Luke Chelsea in the said County.

Sheweth


That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order-
under the hands and Seals of R. Clark and Wm. Bleamire< no role >
Esquires two of His Majestys Justices of the Peace acting
in and for the Said County bearing Date the thirtieth
Day of October now last Past Martha Osborn< no role >
Widow then in same was Removed and Conveyed from
And out of that Part of the Parish of St. Andrew Holborn
which his above the Barrs in the Said County to the
said Parish of St.. Luke Chelsea as the Place of her
last legal Settlement whereby Your Petitioners conceive
themselves to be aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal
to this Court against the Adjudication of
the said two Justices and their said Order
And Pray that Your Worships will be
Pleased to Appoint a Day in this Present
Session for the hearing and determining
their Said Appeal

And your Petitioners will Pray Etc
