two of his Majesty's<lb></lb>
Justices of the Peace for the County of Midddlesex of a certain Misdemeanour to wit For<lb></lb>
that on the 23th day of the said months of November at the Parish of Saint Luke<lb></lb>
.in the said County there was found in a Certain Room and Place belonging<lb></lb>
.to and Inhabited by him in Featherstone Street there Situate and he then and there<lb></lb>
.had in his possession in the said Room and Place so Inhabited by and<lb></lb>
.belonging to him as aforesaid certain Silk Materials to wit Three pounds <lb></lb>
.Weight of unwrought Silk of different Colours suspected to be purlained and embezzled<lb></lb>
.and 112 Wooden Bobbins being Tools and Implements with which Pew and are<lb></lb>
.entrusted of Manufacturing Silk Materials also suspected to be purloined<lb></lb>
he bough or received the same nor gave an account to the Satisfaction of<lb></lb>
the said Justices how he came by the same contrary to the Statute in such case<lb></lb>
made and provided whereby the Petitioner conceived himself aggrived. Whereupon<lb></lb>
at the request of the said Petitioner It is Ordered that the benefit of his said<lb></lb>
appeal should be saved unto him and the hearing and determining<lb></lb>
thereof be and the same is hereby adjourned until the next General Quarter<lb></lb>
Session of the Peace to be holden for this County and on notice hereof in the mean<lb></lb>
time to be given into the said <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50944_n35-4">John Floud</rs>
