To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middlesex in their General Sessions of the
Peace for the said County Assembled-

The Humble Petition and Appeal
of the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of Saint Anne
within the Liberty of Westminster in the
County aforesaid

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order under the Hands-
and Seals of George Mercer< no role > and J: Mercer Esquires
two of his Majestiy's Justices of the Peace in and for
the County aforesaid (one whereof being of the
Quorum) bearing date the twenty fourth day of
November last. Frances Bakers< no role > Singlewoman was
Removed and Conveyed from and out of the
Parish of Saint Mary Le Bone in the County
aforesaid to the Parish of Saint Anne of the
place of her last legal Settlement whereby your
Petitioner conceive themselves to be aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
Appeal to this Court against the
Adjudication of the said two Justices
and their said Order And Pray that
the Benefit of this Appeal may be
saved to the Petitioners and that the
hearing and determining thereof be
adjourned
