To his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in their Quarter Session of
the Peace Assembled

The Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Houses
in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by virtue of a Warrant or Order under the Hands and
Seals of R Johnson and Wm. Gayler< no role > Esquires two of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace acting in and for the said County of Middlesex
(one being of the Quorum) bearing date the sixth day of Sixth 1797
Mary Honor< no role > Widow of John Honor< no role > was Removed from the Parish of
Saint James within the Liberty of westminster in the County of
Middlesex to the Parish of Hayes in the County of Middlesex
as the place of her last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners therefore conceiving themselves
aggrieved by the said Warrant do Appeal
Against the same

One of the for the Parish of
Hayes on behalf of himself and the other
Churchwarden and Overseer of the Poor of the
said Parish of Hayes
