To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the peace for the County
of Middlesex in their present General Quarter Session of the peace for
the said County assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of that part of the parish of Saint Andrew
Holborn which lies above the bars in the County of Middlesex .

Sheweth


That by virtue of an order or pass warrant under the Hands and
Seals of Willm, Blackmore< no role > Esqr . and Herbert Mays< no role > DD: Esquires two of his Majestys
Justices of the peace in and for the County of Middlesex (one whereof is of the
Quorum) bearing date the Sixth day of July Instant Mary Baxter< no role >
Singlewoman was removed and conveyed from and out of the parish of
Saint George in the County of Middlesex to the said part of the said
parish of Saint Andrew Holborn as the place of her last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved by the said Order
of the said two Justices appeal to your Worships against the same and
humbly request that the benefit of their said Appeal may be saved
unto them until the next General Session of the peace to be holden
for the said County and that the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the poor of the said parish of Saint George Middlesex may then
be ordered to attend to abide the Judgment and Determination
of the Court touching the said Appeal
