Colquhoun< no role > Esquire being solemnly called to come forth and support the said Conviction but not
appearing nor any person on his behalf (and proof being made upon Oath that a Copy of the
Order of Court for the hearing and determining the said Appeal this day had been served
upon the said Patrick Colquhoun< no role > by leaving the same with a Man at the Police Office in
Worship Street who declared himself to be an Officer belonging to the said Office
It is Ordered that the said Conviction be and the same is hereby Quashed
