weaing Hair Powder as an Article of Dress not having<lb></lb>
clamed a Certificate thereof contrary to the Statute, And<lb></lb>
also four Shillings for Costs.</p>
<p n="45">That your Petitioner conceives himself<lb></lb>
aggrieved by such Conviction and is advised to appeal<lb></lb>
against the same</p>
<p n="46">Your Petitioner humbly prays your<lb></lb>
Worships will be pleased to permit him<lb></lb>
to enter his appeal so that the same may<lb></lb>
be heard at this present General Session<lb></lb>
and that your Worships will appoint a<lb></lb>
day for the hearing and detemining<lb></lb>
the same</p>
