The Chairman having acquainted the Court that once the last Session of
the peace held for this County an act of Parliament had been passed
The act of Parliamentfor empowering the Justices of the peace
for the County of Middlesex
at their General or quarter Session of the peace to make a fair and Equal County
Rate for the said County" wasthe said act was laid before the Court & Read

Ordered That the said Bill he referred to the Committee of
accounts and that the said Committee do Examine the said
charges in the said Bill and Report their Opinion thereon [..] to the Court on the County
Day of the next Session whether the whole
