maketh
oath and saith that he did on the twelfth day of May last
personally serve Mr Stokes Churchwarden of Kensington
aforesaid with a true copy of the Order of Appeal hereto annexed
and at the same time sherved him the said Original Order
and the Deponent further saith that William Brunsdon< no role >
in
the said Order named died since the removal and that the
Parish of Kensington
have received back Bett Brunsdon< no role >
therein named and who was removed by the said Order to
Hammersmith
being satisfied that the said William Brunsdon< no role >
had a former Wife now having And this Deponent further
saith that on Monday last he this Deponent saw Mr. Weston
the Vestry Clerk for Kensington
aforesaid who is concerned in
the said Appeal for the said Parish and he did agree with
this Deponent to give a Brief to Counsel to consent on the part
of the said Parish of Kensington
to allow the said Appeal
and to pay the usual maintenance and the lying in of
the said Bett Brunsdon since here removal.
