the Twenty Fifth day of the same Month of April at the hour of Ten in the Forenoon<lb></lb>

Wednesday the Twenty Sixth Day of the same Month of April at the Hour and<lb></lb>
Place last abovesaid, and that at the same Session of the Peace, being holden by Adjournment afore-<lb></lb>
said, at the Session House aforesaid, in and for the said County, on the said Wednesday the <lb></lb>
Twenty Sixth Day of April in the Year aforesaid, before the said Justices of our<lb></lb>

said Appeal and what hath been alledged by the respective parties their Counsel and<lb></lb>
Witnesses in and concerning the premises It is Ordered that the said Appeal be<lb></lb>
and the same is hereby dismissed and that the said Conviction be and the same is hereby<lb></lb>
Affirmed.</p>
