in the County of Middlesex

That by an Order made under the hands and Seals

Justices of the peace
acting in and for the County of Middlesex
bearing date the Eighteenth day of January 1797

deceased)
was removed and Conveyed from the parish of Saint Mary
Stoke Newington
in the said County of Middlesex
to the said
Parish of Enfield
as the place of her last legal Settlement
whereby your Petitioner think themselves aggrieved
Your Petitioners therefore appeal against the said
Order and humbly pray relief in the premises and that
your Worships will be pleased to appoint a day for
that purpose

Middlesex
on Sunday the thirteenth day of
of February in the thirty seventh year of the Reign
of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace

It is Ordered that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the parish of Saint Mary Newington
in the said County of
Middlesex
have Notice of the above appeal and that they and
all persons concerned do attend on Thursday the sixteenth
day of February Instant at nine of the Clock in the forenoon of
the same day at the Sessions House Clerkenwell Green
to hear
and abide the Judgment and Determination of the said Court
touching the said appeal
