PassageRoom of the House where the and this deponent. Were
and left Such Notice there. And this deponent further
Saith that Previous to his having the said Notice
in Manner aforesaid with the said Prosecutors Wife
this deponent made the most diligent and assiduous
enquiry of the Nighbours of the said Prosecutor for
the said Prosecute but depenent was Informed that
he had been seen there but once twice he had taken
the said lodgings and this deponent of firmly
concerned and Pershaded that the said Prosecutor hath
absconded or secretes himself. and the deponent
further Saith that the said Notice of Nial hath
not been Countermanded or continued to deponent
Knowledge or belief.
