that he this Deponent Entered into a Recognizance at the
last General Session of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
with two Sufficient Sureties for his personal appearance [..]
this present Session to Try his Traverse with Effect
this present SessionAnd this Deponent further
Saith that being Ignorant of the practice of this
Honourable Court he hath negnected to give the Prosecute
Notice of Trial but intends so to do in time for the
next Session
