To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex in Session Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint Andrew by the Wardrobe in the City of
London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or pass Warrant
under the Hands and Seals of Henry James Pye< no role > and
J Warner Esquires bearing date the twenty second day
of April now last past Elizabeth Casey< no role > the Wife of
Thomas Casey< no role > was removed and conveyed from and out
of the Parish of Saint Margaret Westminster to the said
Parish of Saint Andrew by the Wardrobe as the Place
of her last legal Settlement

That Your Petitioners conceive themselves to be
Agrieved by the said Order of Removal and do humbly
Appeal against the same and pray that the benefit of the
said appeal be saved unto them and that the hearing
and determination thereof may be determined at this
Session And pray such Relief in the Premises to this
Honorable Court shall seem meet

And your Petitioners
will ever pray Etc
