That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the

(one whereof being of the Quorum), bearing date the eighteenth day of
April in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety six

and their three Children namely

aged about ten Years and

aged about eight Years who have not nor hath either of them done any Act to gain a Settlement in his or her own right and

Aged about three Years were removed and conveyed from and
out of the Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldgate
in the said County
of Middlesex
to the said Parish of Saint Mary Whitechapel
, as the Place
of the last legal Settlement of the said

three Children Whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves to be
aggrieved.
Your Petitioners therefore humbly bag
Leave to appeal from the said Order
and pray that their said Appeal may
be saved unto them, and that the
hearing and determining thereof may be
adjourned until the next General Quarter
Session of the Peace to be held for the said
County and that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of
Saint Botolph without Aldgate
and all
others concerned may be then ordered to
attend. And that your Petitioners may
have such Relief therein as to the Court
shall seem meet
