are not therein rated and assessed</p>

other respects unequal Partial and illegal</p>
<p n="304">Your Petitioners thereof humbly<lb></lb>
appeal to the Court against the said rate<lb></lb>
and that Your Worships will be pleased<lb></lb>
to appoint a day for hearing and determining<lb></lb>
