The proceedings of this Court in June and September Session last
respecting the Bridge at Forty Hill near Enfield
in this County
being called for and Read Ordered that all Rogers the County
Surveyor do forthwithpreparefurnish the Clerk of the peace
with
the particular of the Materials to be used and works necessary to be done
in building the said Bridge and that when the Clerk of the peace
shall have received the said Particular he do cause advertizments to
be Inserted in the public papers for proposals for building the said
Bridge
