MIDDLESEX .

At the GeneralSession of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session House for the said County ()
on Monday the Fifteenth Day of Feburary in
the Thirty sixthYear of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, &c. Before
William Mainwaring< no role > , William Bleamire< no role > , Rupert
Clarked
< no role > , Hamnand Crosse< no role >
Esquires , and others their Fellows, Justices, of our said Lord the
King, assigned to keep the Peace in the County aforesaid; and
also to hear and determine divers Felonies, Trespasses, and other
Misdemeanours committed in the Same County.

Whereas Robert Johnson< no role > of white cross Street in the County of
middlesex Pawnbroker Hath at this present Session Exhibited his petition and
appeal setting forth that He was on or about the Sixth day of February Instant
Convicted in the Penalty of Five Pounds by Daniel Williams< no role > Esquire one of the
Justices of the Peace for the said County upon an Information Exhibited and Prosecuted
by James Bradley< no role > Pegler charging That the Petitioner did in white Cross-Street
in the said County on the Eighteenth day of September take and receive of Patrick
Russell
< no role > on lending and advancing the Sum of Thirteen Shillings on the Pledge
hereinafter mentioned the Sum of Two pence as and for the price and value of a
note or memorandum delivered for the said Pledge to wit a Black Silk Cloak
contrary to the Statute Etc whereby the petitioner conceived himself aggrieved
Now upon hearing the said Appeal and what hath been Alleged by the
respective Parties their Counsel and Witnesses in and concerning the premises
It is Ordered that the said Conviction be and the same is hereby Quashed
