To the Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the County ofMiddlesex in their
General Quarter Session of the Peace at the Session
House on Clerkenwell Green assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of
Christ Church in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the
hands and Seals of W, Bleamire and W, Kinnard Esquires
Two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the County
of Middlesex (One whereof being of the Quorum) bearing
date the fifteenth day of December One thousand seven hundred
and Ninety five Sarah Siddaway< no role > Spinster was removed
and conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint James at
Clerkenwell in the County of Middlesex to the said Parish
of Christ Church called in the said Pass Warrant or Order
The Parish of Christ Church Spital fields " as the Place
of the last legal Settlement of the said Sarah Siddaway< no role >
Whereby Your Petitioners conceive themselves to be Aggrieved

Therefore they Appeal to this Court against the
Adjudication of the said Two Justices and the said
Order And Pray that your Worships will be pleased
to appoint same day in this present Session for the
bearing and determination of the said Appeal And
to Order That the Church Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of Saint James at Clerkenwell
and all Persons conceived do then attend this Court

And Your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
