James to the said Town of Southampton and delivered
to your Petitioners the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of Holy Rhood Parish there

That your Petitioners conceive they are greatly
injured aggrieved and oppressed by the said Order
and therefore

Your Petitioners most humbly
pray this Honorable Bench will
quash the said Order and that you
will be pleased to permit your Petitioners
to lodge and respite an appeal for the
Purpose
