William Dwyer< no role > of No:1 Rebecca Court Wells Street
Oxford Street in the County of Middlesex Shoe Maker
and Michael Casey< no role > of Faulkenburg Court in the
Parish of Saint Anns Soho in the said County
Severally make Oath and say, And first this Deponent
William Dwyer< no role > for himself saith that he did serve
a True Copy of the Notice of Tryal hereunto Annexed
by delivering the same to Cockburn Webster< no role > the
Prosecutor in this Cause in Oxford Street on the
Twenty Sixth day of November instant as also by
leaving the like Notice of Tryal at the Lodging of
the said Cockburn Webster Situate May Tottenham
Place Tottenham Court Road and the other Deponent
Michael Casey< no role > for himself saith that he was in
Company with the other Deponent on the Twenty
Sixth day of November instant and did ser the
above named William Dwyer< no role > the above named
Defendant serve the above named Cockburn
Webster
