of the his Palace at Westminster : for unlawfully unjusty
and extesively and by colour of his office unlawfully
extorting receiving and having of one Edward Harris< no role > the Sum
of 10p/6d. For the Fee of him the said Michael donatty< no role > for
keeping the said Edward Harris< no role > at his House and not
conveying him to the Prison of our Lord the King called the
Marshalsea in Southwark after he had arrested the said
Edward by virtue of a certain Writ or Precept of our said Lord
the King called a Marshall's Court Writ issued out of the
said Court under the Seal of the same Court bearing date the
28th. day of August and returnable on Friday the 4th. day of
September following to answer Sutton Sharpe< no role > and Joseph
Sharpe

£70: as they alledged. (that its to say) under colour and
presence of renewing the said Writ or precept On the 29th
day of August last: Whereas in huth & in fact no Fee

renew the said Writ or Process nor was there any occasion for the
renewal thereof.
