Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Margaret Westminster
in the County of Middlesex
Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order under the
Hands and Seals of

Esquires
Two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for
the said County of Middlesex
(one whereof being of the
Quorum) bearing Date the 5th day of June 1795
Thomas Bracken< no role >
aged about 5 Years was removed
and conveyed from and out of the Liberty of the Rolls
in the County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of Saint
Margaret
as the place of his last legal Settlement
whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves agrieved
Your Petitioners therefore humbly appeal
to this Court against the Adjuration and
order of the said Two Justices and pray that
your Worships will appoint a Day in this
present Session for hearing and determining
thereof and that all persons concerned therein
may have Notice to attend the same
And your Petitioners will ever pray
