from his Present Indentures and therefore praying to be discharged from
his Apprenticeship to the said Robert Jones< no role > so that he might be at
Liberty to bind himself to another Master for the remainder of me
said Term: Whereupon at the request of the said Petitioner It is
Ordered that the benefit of his said Appeal should be saved unto him
and the hearing and determining thereof be and the same is hereby
adjourned until the next General Session of the Peace to be holden for this
County and on notice hereof in the mean time to be given unto the
said Robert Jones< no role > he and all Persons concerned do Attend the Court
at the Session House aforesaid on Thursday the Seventeenth day of
September next at the hour of nine in the forenoon of the same day to
hear and abide the judgment and determination of the said Court
touching the said Appeal.
