MIDDLESEX


AT the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session-House for the Said County, (by Adjournment)
on Tuesday the Twenty eighth Day of April in the
Thirty Fifth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain Etc.

A Bill of Thomas Rice< no role > for Smiths Work done by him at the House
of Correction of Clerkenwell in this County from the 5th. day of March 1794
to the 15th. day of November last amounting to the Sum of Seventeen Pounds
One Shilling and two pence Another Bill of the said Thomas Rice< no role > for Smiths
Work done by him at New Prison at Clerkenwell in this County from the 10th. day
of June last to the 17th. day of December last amounting to the Sum of Eighteen
Pounds Six Shillings and nine Pence and Also another Bill of the said
Thomas Rice< no role > for Smiths Work done by him at the Session House for this County
from the 13th. day of June last to the 29th. day of December last amounting to
the Sum of Eleven Pounds Thirteen shillings and ten pence making together
the Sum of Forty seven Pounds One Shillings and nine Pence
being laid before this Court for Payment, and it appearing by the Report
of the Committee appointed to examine and audit all Demands made upon this
County, previous to the Payment thereof, that the Charges therein are just and
true. IT IS ORDERED that Mr. Joseph Burchell< no role > the County Treasurer,
do pay unto the said Thomas Rice< no role > (out of the County Rate)
the said Sum of Forty seven Pounds one Shilling and nine pence
and that the Receipt of the said Thomas Rice< no role > together with
this Order shall be a sufficient Discharge to the said Treasurer for such Payment
