That by Virtue of a Warrant or Order under the hands and
Seals of R. Davies Es and H. Reynell

Justices of the Peace
for the County of ( One whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing date the tenth Day of March Instant

Benjamin Brownson< no role >
deceased was removed and
conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint Mary Whitechapel
in the County of Middlesex
to the Parish of Saint Dunstan in the
West
in the City of London
as the Place of the last legal Settlement
of the said
Jane Brownson< no role >
That your Petitioners concerning themselves aggrieved
by the said Warrant or Order Do humbly appeal against the
same and pray this Court that the Benefit of the said Appeal be
saved unto then until the next General Session of the Peace to be
holden for the said County of Middlesex
and that they and all
Persons concerned may then attend to hear and abide the
Judgment and determination of this Court touching the said
Appeal.
