To the Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in General Quarter Session of the Peace
Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal
of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields in the said County
of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by virtue of an Pass Warrant or Order under
the hands and Seals of William Addington< no role > and Nicholas Bond< no role >
Esquires two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace Acting in and
for the said County of Middlesex and the Liberty of Westminster
bearing date the 27th. day of June now last Past Elizabeth
Glascow
< no role > aged about nineteen Years Singlewoman was removed
and Conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint Clement Danes
in the County and Liberty aforesaid to the said Parish of Saint
Giles in the Fields as the Place of her last legal Settlement
Whereby Your Petitioners conceive themselves to be Aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to
this Court against the Adjudication of the said two
Justices and their said Order and pray that your
Worships will be pleased to Appoint a Day for the
hearing and determining the said Appeal

And your Petitioners will pray Etc.
