MIDDLESEX .


At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session House for the said County, (by adjournment)
on Thursday the Second Day of July in the
Thirty Fifth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, etc.

It is Ordered that the hearing and determining the matter of an Appeal
of Henry Bullock< no role > Esqr. against a Conviction under the Hand and Seal of
John Spiller< no role > Esqr. one of His Majestys Justices of the peace for this County bearing
date the Fourteenth day of April last For having unlawfully knowingly and
willingly permitted and suffered one Thomas Fennel< no role > to pass on a Saddle House thro'
the private Ground belonging to him the said Henry Bullock< no role > laying and being
near to a certain Turnpike Gate called or known by the name of Colnbrook Turnpike
in order to avoid and whereby the said Thomas Fennel< no role > did avoid paying the
lawful Toll due for passing thro' the said Gate contrary to the Statute in that Case
made and provided; which stood duly adjourned until this day Do stand
further adjourned until the next General Session of the Peace to be holden for
this County and on notice hereof in the mean time to be given unto the Said John
Spiller
< no role > Esqr. he and all Persons concerned do attend the Court at the Session House
aforesaid on Thursday the day of next at the hour of nine in the
forenoon of the same day to hear and abide the judgment and determination of the
said Court touching the said Appeal
