Yeoman for Assaulting one William Southwood< no role >
and wilfully and maliciously discharging and
shooting off a certain Pistol loaded with a quantity
of Gunpowder to at and against the said William
with a felonious intent the said William Southwood< no role >
of his the said Alexander Hamilton< no role > 's malice
aforethought to kill and murder on the 9th. April last.
